Status: Complete

Magnolia Village is located in Fort Worth’s Fairmont Neighborhood at the intersection of Hemphill Street and Magnolia Avenue. The mixed use component of the project includes retail, office space, and housing supported by structured parking within a historic main street environment. This live-work village is connected to local neighborhoods, Downtown Fort Worth to the north, and the Medical District.

NCTCOG and Fort Worth  provided funding to construct public infrastructure components of the project including sidewalks, crosswalks, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, and other streetscape improvements.  The completed project has allowed for improved connectivity to local businesses, schools, medical services, and open public spaces through walking and bicycling.

The project cost of $1,542,110 was funded through public-private partnerships.
