The plan recommends projects, programs, and policies that aim to improve the quality of life for all residents in the region as part of an ongoing and collaborative planning effort.

MTP Policy Bundle

The Mobility Plan, the region’s current Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), makes recommendations consisting of policies, programs, and projects that reflect regional priorities and support Mobility Plan goals. However, the construction of infrastructure projects alone cannot achieve the goals of the plan. To encourage the development of alternative, strategic solutions, the Mobility Plan includes a voluntary list of policies that local governments and transportation agencies can choose to adopt.
