The goal of the North Central Texas Wildland Fire Working Group (NCTWLF WG) is to increase the region's ability to respond to and adequately address the threat of wildland fire in the region.

This goal will be achieved through comprehensive education and mitigation programs in addition to standardized response guidelines. The collaboration and shared knowledge from key stakeholders, including local fire jurisdictions and state/federal fire agencies will be the cornerstone of this effort.
